Choc Chip Cookie Dough

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup cashews (soaked and drained)

  • 1/4 cup almond butter

  • 1/3 cup almond flour (or meal)

  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseeds

  • 3 tbsp raw honey

  • 1 tbsp grass fed butter

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 pinches of sea salt

  • dark chocolate chips

MAKE:

  1. Place all ingredients (except choc chips) into food processor. Start on low and then turn to high. Process until smooth consistency - approx 3 minutes. Stop to scrap down sides every minute.

  2. Add choc chips and mix well with spoon.

  3. Store in glass container in the refrigerator.
